As a long time Clackamas county resident, I moved here (from Multnomah county), to get away from he insanity of irresponsible government. Tootie has been a bastion of the Oregon self reliance ideal that multigenerational Oregonians support. Fearless and outspokenness are qualities I admire and she has them in abundance.
